What a shame, never heard of it. Enjoyed seeing the Frisco coonskin on the smoke box. I was thinking, ’ Penn mountain but Frisco logo?’

Some New Haven photos from an Estate. recently uncovered:

Like those Alcos.

What is that weird RDU? Is that a Budd?

It appears to be a BUDD Car with a sort of F Unit cab built onto it. I too was not aware such a thingie existed.

Ever since I posted that photo of the unusual head end RDC unit ,similar photos having now been popping up on my Facebook Feed.

It was even a named train, called the “Roger Williams”

Group, somehow this thread was changed to ‘unlisted’. I just made it so it should be viewable again.

Many locos were included in this thread. It appears they have been culled out into a separate thread, Good Golly Miss Molly. I will try to get that thread back in action, too.

A recent photo I came across of a Frankfort & Cincinnati Motorcar c 1940’s-50’s. (Central Kentucky & Southern Ohio)

Hi Mike, that’s a great picture of a Doodle bug on that trestle. Not only with the trestle and over The doodlebug be cool to model, look at all that debris down in the creek.
