Congrats on a good looking build.
@ Peter (Trisaw). Nice job on the figure finish! …
@ David (Klaus-Adler). The little feller looks really good on the base. Nice work! …
@@ both. They need names, names I say…

Beautiful job, David. Right out of Mustafa!
Very nice job on the Bad Batch, Shu!
Congrats on finishing to both of you
Aloha All,
So, it appears I never took a start shot. Hopefully that is OK.
I’m working on Bandai’s 1/72 scale X-Wing and will do an alternative inter-war color scheme. So far I’ve only assembled some bits and painted the “interior” color, using NATO Green as a substitute for US Interior Green / Green Zinc Chromate. Also did some dry brushing, which I think worked pretty well.
It’s been a bit of a struggle to figure out how much I should assemble before painting while trying to minimize rework on the paint scheme. Kind of wishing I had bought two kits so I could see how different bits will really go together. It is snap fit, but I’ve found some pieces really difficult to disassemble and have broken a pin so far.

Happy Modeling,
Zon
I decided to place my completed figure on a base with a few accessories. I’ll take photos of the figure on its base when I’m finished.
Completed construction of the base accessories which consist of a mini drone launch box (wargaming wall sprue accessory set) and 1/100 Gundam chain mines from a Zaku kit (without the chain) from my spares box. I finished washing the pieces and I need to prime them.
I primed the 3-D printed base and I will leave it primer color to denote a spaceship’s textured floor.
Zon, you are good despite missing the starting picture.
Looking forward to see more!
Thanks Jesper!
Base accessories of mini drone launch box and green mines spray painted with basecoat colors.
Next to do are the washes, drybrushing, inking, weathering, and possible decals if I decide it needs decals.
My other projects are now in paint so I’m gonna take a second shot at this campaign.
Starting picture.
Some work.
Some more work.
Looks interesting already …
Looking great and wild, Doug!
Looking forward to see more!
Super cool!
The handley Page Heyford went fast forward.
This is a MATCHBOX Kit from 78 , moulded in different colors. I wanna keep them in view and used only clear rattle can until this . Maybe some very small amount of dry paint and washing will complete that tomorrow.
Local Weekend meeting with the club, main parts of the Heyford are together and the wheels at the SLEIPNIR RACECAR too ( was a heavy job to do) .
Killnoizer & Damraska, good work, enjoying the builds.
Got some base coating done today on my Yaun Ti figure. I plan to enter him into our club’s “Cobra” theme contest in October. Using all acrylics and will try glazing my way through this without using any solvents. I don’t know how they would react with the soft plastic.
