I am thinking about ordering a Great Wall of China P40B for just over $100 with about $10 shipping. What affect if any, will the tariffs have on my final costs? Has anyone tested the waters yet?

Unfortunately, it depends. I see on eBay that most Chinese sellers have included the tariff costs in their total price and it isn’t too high. No idea if who you are looking at includes them or not.

Forget eBay for now. The way to go is AliExpress - if they have the item you want. Not only do I get great deals there on the kits and the shipping - some vendors will work with me on buying multiples of the same item.
For example - this is by far the cheapest way to get this kit, which I need multiples of:
