When the road wheels articulate down for driving off the tracks and on the pavement. The drive cones that are bolted onto the traction wheels, slide forward to contact the rear rubber road wheels.

I wasn’t actually sure if all those moving parts would connect correctly. I basically kit-mash build like doodling. Just build onto the previous assembly until it fits.
