I started this thread over in the Modeling Railroading group but these vintage signs will work just as well for the auto modeler. Just download them, size them and print them yourselves.

If interested here are some Period Signs for you to make use of on your model structures: I am slowly cleaning up more and more period signage that I find online for my own personal use and I thought I might share with the group. HINT: Print on thin (cheap) typing paper and apply with thinned white glue or Future Floor Wax to simulate a painted on wall sign. Hint: Print these on glossy photo grade paper for a “Enamel on Metal” sign look or on cheap typing paper for a distressed “Poster” look. (Such as for the circus signage.) Or to apply to a brick wall for a “Painted on Look.”
