Since the order to retrofit Schürzen to all existing Panzer IV brought in for maintenance and “be fully equipped in the shortest possible time”, was given 6 months prior to the OP’s desired time frame, it seems rather redundant to post photos proving this point, as this would be expected to have already occurred. Finding photos of vehicles proving the exception from this order, if any indeed exist, would be more useful, hence my questioning the need to prove an obvious point.
