Tip for liquid glue

I suggest that everyone immediately stop what you are doing and tape your liquid glue to your work surface with multiple layers of duct tape. Cut a rectangle piece of duct tape, roll it so that it’s double-sided, then stick it on the workspace, then put your liquid glue on top of that and press down so it makes a strong connection. Then, cut four more pieces and tape them to each side of the container so that it’s firmly taped to the surface. Give it a test and then apply more tape as needed. Just make sure you can still open the lid though.

Trust me, it’ll be worth the effort.

There are a whole bunch of free programs to 3D print holders for specific liquid glue bottles, decal softener and setting solutions, paint brands and most anything else you can think you would need. My son printed several of these for me. Just need someone with a printer, or purchase one pre-made. I have also seen some made with wood, from basic to high quality. Online search product and holder.

Ever left the lid off only to return to a bottle not so full as when you last left it? Darn stuff evaporates very quickly.

I left my quick setting cement lid off one time for a whole weekend… lost a good chunk of the bottle to evaporation
