Titanfall 2 Monarch mech in 100mm

This will be the last update before the final photos, although it’s pretty much done now!

What I am looking for is some advice, as I feel that something is missing. The whole scene is not quite there. Also, I have no idea where to place the upper portion of the destroyed arm or if it should be included at all. Any advice from a fresh pair of eyes is appreciated!

I don’t think it is missing anything at all. The positioning of the elements in your second to last photo is, I think, the best. That way you kind of have something to really draw the eye onto the groundwork at pretty much all angles.

That was my thought as well. I feel like it is a little crowded in the background and a little empty in that spot you mentioned. I was a little apprehensive because it might block the water a bit, but it shouldn’t be too big of an issue. I might still put it at an angle and cut a bit of it off.

The most important part.

Great job on the whole project. :+1:

I have really enjoyed watching this project come together. A fantastic idea brought very skilfully to scale reality! There is so much detail across the action and detail packed base- from the battle scared barrier on the ground to the wrecked equipment, the broken up tarmac, the spent brass and then up through the impressively detailed mech with all the colors and decals to the great figure suspended mid-jump that gives a sense of scale to the whole thing. Those dramatic photos with the orange-red lighting are a great way to show it off too- very atmospheric.

Thank you so much! Those dramatic photos are courtesy of my sister, who is the photographer for these. Thanks for all the advice during the build.

Great job! The soldier running off the broken lamppost is a classic example of the game’s unique properties of the jump jet pack and “running and gunning.”

This is one of the best and most unique Sci-Fi vignettes I’ve seen recently on ModelGeek.
