I have trimmed cut and sanded 60 of these 1/16 .50 empty cartridge cases and have them ready to paint. Once dried I will flip them over and paint the bit doing the ostrich impression. Oh what joy.
Then I have to finish the same on the links for the cartridge belt. That’s even worse:cry:

That’s pretty insane. The nutty things we do for our hobby. I once spent a week weaving Easter grass though gauze to make camouflage nets…they came out really well, but what a stupid, crazy thing to do.

Made a bunch of ants with antenna and legs for a picnic scene on an HO scale railroad layout …

Tomorrow I will be making the view of single cell amoeba through an electron microscope, all 700,000,000 on the head of a pin.
You’ll just have to take my word😉
P.S. don’t forget the individual grain of sugar each ant is carrying back to the nest.
