My Spitfires! entry went from sprues to this during a professional development seminar Tuesday afternoon:
All those parts are now mostly together as of last night.
Next week is hectic as we ramp up before the Thanksgiving Break but I hope to have the Panzer III done this weekend, as far as putting it together and painting the secondary camo color.

Got paint down on two of my stalled builds.
Le Fh 18/40/2 for the ‘Best tank that never was’ build:
… and my Renault FT which was a shelf queen pulled out for the ‘Unfinished builds’ campaign:
You would not think so from the pics, but these are painted in different colours all a re separate mixes of Tamiya paints!
This weekend I also put the greeblies on the stand/base for the X-wing to liven up the plain expanse of plastic:

Okay, calling the X-Wing itself done. Closest thing to an aircraft I have built in decades.
Finally added all the greeblies to the base. I am positive that it took twice as long as getting the x-wing to this stage. I’ll get some paint on that this week.

Just got back after losing our little MaltiPoo. The antennae on my M577 looked bad as I’d tried to hand paint them to correct the color.
Soaked in Dettol (and a stripper for the enamel) then airbrushed with XF89,
Looking less “lumpy” now.
