I spent quite a bit of time yesterday taking and editing photos of my current project, a lumber yard dio - please take a look:

I really enjoyed this build, as I like kitbashing scratching kits as much as making board on board buildings, so this was ideal. I’ve posted more final pictures in the Auto section, where the build log is, if you’d like to see more.

So, on to the next project we go -

Cheers

A lot work to do…

But maybe now it is a little obvious what it should be

Hello Angel, The KrAZ-255 PMP, a very nice model. You can clearly see the professionalism here. Enjoy the rest of the build. Best regards, Joachim

Thanks Joachim!

I have some minor details to add, like:

-the rope, securing the bridge to the vehicle at bridge launch,

-the steering rack,

-2 eyes of the turnbuckles, that secure the bridge on the vehicle in transport mode.

And I am considering some additional weathering(the hardest part for me)…

Cheers,

Angel

Angel, I would leave the model in its original color scheme. I wouldn’t weather it, but that’s your decision; it usually loses a lot of detail. I suspect it’s a Bulgarian Army vehicle, and I have no idea if the pontoon and the accompanying vehicle had numbers. If so, I would definitely add them. I’m looking forward to your next model. Best, Joachim

Stage one of weathering the tires and rims. The front bumper is now as good as it’s going to get and the b codes are in place.

I have done some more work on the Stryker Dragoon. Building it takes a lot of time due to a «million» parts. I got bored of putting the hull together so I switched to the tirret. Same story, a lot of parts. Luckily I know the guys who designed the real turnet. They will be properly punished at work tomorrow

I primed the 1/16 figure with spare parts gear and 3D printed guns from @MikeyBugs for the “UFO Campaign.”

@Rabbits Nice! But it looks rather orange?

@frank Cool! I like the subtle weathering. That turretbasket looks a lot better then the one I used from a Legend-kit.

What T-72 are you using? Is it a M1?

@brekinapez Great looking hideout. Aren’t you worried about dust?

@ayovtshev Looking at the comboI am surprised by the small size of the RSO when compared to the PaK. Good looking combo, though. The PMP looks truly impressive!

@Stickframe I am not even going to comment on your builds anymore. Your skill level just hurts.

The giveaway that these aren’t real 1:1 buildings is the red truck in pic.1.

Ohh… I forgot to mention that I had 2 spraydays.

Testing AK’s Caunter-set

The Morris is done in portland stone, followed by silver grey and slate grey. The Stuart is light stone over OD and hairspray.
