Not much to report today. I’ve ordered some 2.5 mm plastic tubing for the M548 FARS plumbing and hope to finish a manifold for the same purpose. Should get this and the pump situated this afternoon.

I finished my Cougar MRAP and JLTV M127 8A1 HGC in GI Joe style and decided to add some extra decals here and there. And entered the paint stage with the M1083 FMTV very nice truck and fun kit.

That’s new to me. What is GI Joe style? Great builds by the way.

Thank you, For me “GI Joe style” means painting the model in a color not really used on the vehicle and to give it a bit more of a toy look. I used As-1 Dark Green IJN Spray which in person gives off a different shade of green then in the picture and reminds me of the green plastic toys were made from. I grew up playing with GI Joe toys so I figured why not tie the two together. Did the same to one of my Abrams builds.Maybe next I can try and paint some scale figures to match the old GI joes really tie it all together.

Sounds fun. Add graphics?
