These are cool. My wife and I are working on a little coffee shop together.
Same here but August!
I really hope my 1/400 Heller HMS King George V, still in shipment survives arrival undetected.
Hey if you need to clear space for the M10 booker, I am in need of a Jagdpanther! One in one out!
I am seriously tempted to get the M10 booker as an early Birthday gift to myself. I know I’ll regret not doing the pre-order once the retail price is 20% higher
Went online to order some aftermarket for another build and this was on sale and fell in my basket. Realised I already ordered the aftermarket some time ago once it landed on the doorstep. Oops. Nevermind seems like a nice kit and something a little different.
No plan survives first contact with the enemy as I remember it, but EDAS.
I find the plight of Matt and Wade extremely amusing, more so because, by modern standards, they are fairly young. They have 20, probably 30, maybe 40, and possibly 50+ years of this super secret squirrel stuff ahead of them.
Not if my wife dies before me. But she’ll probably stick it out just to spite me.
They can be evil like that. ![]()
Covered a few bases, but the tried and true method is delivery to a location known to you, not known to others in the household, and away from the package delivery police. Also to a location who won’t squeal on you should the package police show up. Just sayin….
Back from holidays in Denmark
and these books followed me home … ![]()
From the Tank Museum in Oksbøl:
Danish Leopards in Helmand (Afghanistan)
… and from the Railway Museum in Odense:
Trains from dawn to dusk (about danish diesel locomotives)
Bliss!!
Berliner Zinnfiguren has this book, but it´s not cheap, about 80 Euros!
Brian no, not yet, I discovered early KVP/NVA and started a T-34/85m.
I have one of those - under construction for around 20 years; strange that(!)
Why does that book have a German title, but then a Dutch one (that’s subtly different: “from dawn till dusk” rather than “from morning till evening”) as well at the bottom of the front cover? Is it in both languages?
The author is danish but the publishing house is dutch. The book is available in some languages, but german suits me best
Yes, this book is bilingual german/dutch. This is Europe! ![]()
