@Littorio, that Commando Scout looks really cool! almost like something sci fi/Aliens Colonial Marines…
@Tank_1812, yeah I know Squadron used to have their actual walk in stores. I’d be surprised if any of the major online stores have one. Not having a retail location definitely saves on business costs that need to be passed on to the consumer.
Our retail store is located in the front of our warehouse and is open to the public.
Store Hours are Monday through Friday 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We are not open on weekends.
Our retail store has a small selection of the range of products we offer. You will find paints, tools, books and the newest model kits on display for sale.
Our warehouse is not open to the public. For full shopping access to our warehouse and entire product line in person, please see our Eagle Club Membership.
IF YOU ARE DRIVING FROM OUT OF TOWN - Please Call a Day Ahead To Confirm We will be Here And Open

That M920, I didnt know they made an 8x8 version? I recently built Trumpeters 1/35 version. An 8x6 tractor with a non-driven 2nd axle that lifts for travelling empty or with smaller loads.
Wow, ordered in March 2024 and invoiced in December and delivery in January 2025. Was this Lucky Models? I have used the snail mail or slow boat, which is crazy sometimes, but this is nuts.
No these came from Trucks N Troops but they had to then order them from Armada Hobby (Armada-Hunor.com) and that’s were the delay came in. Milan at T-n-T is quick to reply to any issues so no complaints there.
I’m interested to hear your impressions on this one as I’m toying with ordering it. I bought their M923 but wasn’t that happy with it, but I think they’ve switched to 3D more recently, so the quality may have improved.
Hopefully, a slightly more rational response later - but this has blown me away! A mere 7 days after ordering, well packaged, and well - I’m almost speechless. Hats off to Trimontium/OKB Grigorov. Wow - again(!)
Well, that’s not really my intention; it’s a remarkable model in its own right, but of course, the real thing never got beyond a wooden mock-up I understand:
But what if it did - and that’s where I’m coming from, somewhat akin to my T-74/Object 450 project I recently tackled for “The Best Tank That Never Was” campaign.
So, I’m thinking of just a few enhancements as as though, say, a prototype was on trials in West Germany, say, c.1958? We’ll see.
@BootsDMS Brian that’s an interesting and odd looking thing.
Getting into this Soviet era armour, always liked the KV and IS series anyway then discovered the T-44 some years ago. Love the look of the T-72 (plus been in the gunners seat of an ex East German example when it first arrived at the Duxford museum) the way it slopes down towards the back gives it a sort of sports car look but for some reason never really looked at the T-62 and don’t know why but don’t like the T-64.
Anyway this was just dropped off from the company with a smile.
I built that kit (back in the day) The only part of it now left is that the water tank has now become part of an oil servicing facility for my Shays on my HO scale logging layout.
That is/was, I thought, a well done model. Also the wagon wheels and frames plus mules make for and excellent heavy duty logging wagon for my back woods operation.
Gotcha. The manufacturers’ combo of MERDC camo and the armoured cab kit is interesting too. I thought these were decades apart, although Im open to correction by my betters.
