Modern China PLA ZTZ 100
DANG! How did that happen?
Did you leave your car unlocked and some
desperate model builder avoided matrimonial
wrath by chucking his kit into your car to get
rid of the evidence?
I wish car thief’s round here did that all they do is steal my detachable faceplate CD player…wait is this 1996?
I think it’s just the act of a good samaritan!
I posted this over at Aeroscale, but thought it might be useful here as well. HTH

But wait, there’s more…
This portable airbrush set sneaked into my recent shopping bag. Found it on Temu for really cheap ($15.72 US),
‘Rechargeable Airbrush Kit with Compressor, 0.3mm Tip Dual-Action Handheld Airbrush’
I’m not expecting great performance, but as others have mentioned about similar products: Not practical for fine work, but it might be useful for varnishes, etc.
PS: I also ordered a ‘Quick Connect Plug’ to connect to my main compressor hose.

I’ve finally pulled the trigger on getting an airbrush of this type, after debating it for quite a while. So I bought the cheapest one I could find on Amazon
It comes with three needle sizes (0.3, 0.5 and 0.8 mm) and cost me all of €38.99, which is about 200 less than a similar type from Iwata. Of course, just trying it a bit without even spraying anything, you can feel the quality is rather lower — the knobs don’t turn that smoothly, it squeaks when you pull the trigger, etc. But it should serve fine to let me see if I can work with one of these better, the same or worse than one with the traditional trigger on top.
Looking at those photos, I think I would find an M113 or M548 kit to rob of its undercarriage …
It’ll do for me - who makes that Frank?
The manufacturer is clearly shown in the first photo - Supply Line Studios.
It is indeed Jon, it is indeed.
Forgive me my ancient eyes!
