What the postman brought today (Armorama)

I honestly bought it for the M60 turret, but who knows what I’ll do with it whenever I get to it lol

Nothing from the postman, but I did run to the local brick and mortar hobby shop today and picked up a few things that I was in need of.

It is nice having a local shop and not having to rely on ordering everything online. And as you can see…it is an actual brick and mortar shop.

A bit basic, well, actually a lot basic…

Will see how it goes.

Not sure how I will get on with this. I have been exclusively using hairy sticks for years and I wonder if the benefits will get anywhere near outweighing the problems.

I would very much like to hear about that, as I am in the market for a T-90M and previously asked exactly the question of whether the Amusing Hobby or Tiger Model one is better!

I noticed already the tiger model track system seems to be similar to what meng did and also that both amusing hobby and tige rmodel putted less photo etch (there’s a lot in my T72B3M)

Glad to see that the reprint was addressed. The sharpness of details is concerning, the 3d rendering on the package should match or near match what was printed.

What was the other website that you don’t know and not sure where they come from. The baseball caps looked good. so where can I not get these heads?

If you have watched Stargate sg1 colonel O’Neill wore A baseball cap and it looked good. Plus USA operators wear baseball caps.

I’m sorry, but I’ve no idea to what you are referring; presumably, something a little way back?

If you click on where it says your username at the upper right, with a curved arrow and your avatar in front of it, it will show the message that the reply is to.

But it would be much easier if people would just learn to select the phrase or image they’re actually replying to before clicking the Reply button

I’m afraid the FC Model trend product still wasn’t that good, a shame, as most of their stuff is pretty useful, including their actual figures.

The heads you’re referring to are these I believe; another modeller identified them as coming from Maim:

Learning from your pain, I did order this book #17 in the series from Amazon for $15.

That M3 Lee looks like a nice weekend stress-reliever project. Seriously, I’ve looked at that kit several times. I hope you get to it soon and perhaps post about it here.

It’s a very good kit. Just not one you’ll put together in a couple of evenings, especially not if you build the interior, too
