Who are Your Favorite Science Fiction Characters?
I’m sure this could be placed elsewhere but wanted more folks to see the topic and placed in General.
I picked 1997 because the outstanding movie The 5th Element seems like the end of classic sci fi in cinema to me.

Fine with the Classic list (Spock was my role model growing up) but I’ve only watched ‘Expanse’ as far as the Modern list.

Mine would be.
Star Trek:
Kirk and Spock.
Worf
Sisko
Odo and Quark.
And not forgetting Jadzia Dax (especially in the TOS uniform)
The Red Dwarf crew: Lister, the Cat, Rimmer and Kryten. Both incarnations of Holly were brilliant too.
Teal’c from Stargate SG-1.
And of course Jack O’Neill.
And Han Solo.

G’Kar
Commander Sinclair. Always preferred him to Sheridan. A shame that due to ill health Michael O’Hare had to leave after series 1. Thought they gave his character a good resolution in the film In The Beginning and 2-parter War Without End
Ivanova. I would not want to get on her bad side!
