Thanks lads! To be honest, When I first opened the box, I was a bit disappointed. The casting didn’t seem too good as shown in the pics earlier in the thread but, after cleaning it up and filling, it’s really surprised me. The details are there but, they are only apparent once primed. I can’t honestly say that I have ever seen this one done before but, if anyone wants to try it, I would recommend it if you don’t mind the cleaning up. Now, I know what’s next for me, another one that needs a bit of work……

Absolutely. I’ve been working on a figure display for a show coming up May13-14 in Pennsylvania. The theme is Airborne troops and I’ve already finished two of them. I just have to finish the base and groundwork for this German Fallshirmjager from Alpine. Which brings me to my next figure:

Doubled over electrical tape for the MP40 sling and away we go! Ready for primer. Next up, painting and I feel a SBS for the face coming on…
