Hello to all. I’ve just bought some Zvesda 1/100 scale models. Currently I’m thinking about building their BT 5 tank. I’ve looked at photos of this tank on the internet and found somethings missing! I would like to add a machine gun some chains and anything else that would make the tank look more lifelike. Has anyone ever added items to these minature models before? Are there any companies that specialise in producing 1/100 scale items?

Welcome aboard Dave. Don’t know if any manufacturers of hand for 1/100 aftermarket bits. Maybe 3D printing like 3dcult might work.

There are a number of companies that produce small-scale chains for ship modeling that could be in scale for 1:100 armor, but like Tank_1812 I don’t know of any companies producing aftermarket tools and the like in that scale.

Welcome Dave, 1/100 or also know as 15mm is mainly a wargaming scale and as such doesn’t really get much in the way of AM.
I’ve checked the main UK and European based 15mm wargame companies and none that I’ve found have those sort of accessories.
