I was away, missed a couple of news from Zvezda. "Friends and colleagues! Today - news for fans of armored vehicles in 1/72! The test assembly of the Soviet light tank T-70B is ready!
Please note that there is no entrenching tool on the test assembly. The serial castings will have a crowbar and shovel in place.
We remind you that the kit will include two versions of the gun mantlet - cast and welded. And also two hatches - cast and stamped."
I donβt know if this will be interesting to you?
"Friends, space is coming!
Today - a pleasant surprise!
Soon we will release a model of the Soyuz-2 launch vehicle in 1/144 scale!
"The rocket can be assembled in two versions - with the Soyuz manned transport ship and the Progress cargo transport ship!
We present 3D renders of our new product for your judgment!"
i would like to see them build a copy of the proposed moon lander which is one of museums in Russia which the Soviets were going to use on their moon lanfing attempt.
it is interesting to note that American, Russia, Japan, India and China have all launched probes that have photographed the dark side of the moon but all of the countries have released very few images taken of that area.
But this is unlikely. This rocket is not very well known and popular in our country. It was not the first⦠Everyone knows the first: sputnik, Gagarin, Armstrong. Nobody knows the second.
"Friends and colleagues! This Saturday evening we will finally present to your judgment 3D renderings of our new model of the brig Mercury in 1/100 scale!
The rigging (except for the shrouds, which will be cast from plastic) is not shown in the renderings. The threads for its manufacture will be in the box, the installation diagram is in the instructions."
You have some interesting items in the mix coming up and if up to the standards I have seen of genuine new items from the Zvezda stable I am sure will garner interest.
You know, if you take out the engine assembly that looks like an old Monogram kit from the 60βs. Iβm sure the detail is finer, but the instructions and parts assembly gave me a feeling of Deja vu.
I have seen releases from Zvezda that are other manufacturers products in a Zvezda box and I have not been impressed by these most often. The new models that are genuine Zvezda new releases I rate highly in most cases; they have even got me building an airliner which I did not expect to ever have the urge to build again.
It is hard to believe itβs been 34 years since you first started.I have watched your quality just increase over the years and look forward to your future releases.
βFriends and colleagues! Great news for aviation enthusiasts in 1/72! Work on the model of the Soviet fighter Yak-1 is in full swing, we present 3D renders of the new product for your judgment!β
While I appreciate that 1/72 scale is small, these days you can still get some high fidelity in the details. That yoke is too thick, and should have a ring in the top cneter. The controls on the left side of the cockpit are far too clunky. Hopefully they will refine the design before going into production.
Thank you Yuri, and Zvezda! This announcement makes me so extremely happy! I have waited 30 years for this model. I have the new Zvezda WC-52 and it is an outstanding kit. I know this kit will be beautiful. Iβll be getting it from my favorite shop in Estonia. Please let me know when it is released! Thank you!
