That’s looks great. Have you considered using brass shim stock? I’ve shown in several post how easy it is to work with.

I’m glad you like it. The reason I removed the sheet metal panels from in front of the seats is that the modules underneath are far more interesting: [image] Just as in the photo, I’ll be building this without the cyclic stick or thrust lever - just indications of where they’re mounted. To that end I made a rudimentary module from brass: [image] [image] Now I know to move the holes forward a bit and possibly make them a tad smaller. Even if I left it as is I think it looks way cooler.…

Kitchen scissors. Final step in cover - add a back to it, and a mounting plate for the pull handle. [image] The pull handle is easier to see this way than from the front - white handle on a white background: [image] I relocated the handle so it’s more centered underneath the flat part of the cover. Just need bolt detail now. [image]
