Looks great, as always. Especially the grills you’ve been working on.

Just finished 3D printing some recent designs and a couple of requests (including a big scale M16A1). Let’s see how they turned out after washing and curing:

Just washed these and not UV cured yet but the USMC Humvee exhausts came out amazing!

Should look better once UV cured.

More photos of other prints coming.

I think when i can get the Auxiliary power and cooling unit for my Taiwanese M1A2T done i think that will be it for having parts printed too much trouble finding pics of what I need and figuring out dimensions

Some prints from last weekend:

Those exhausts came out incredible.

I also 3D printed these M16A1s in 1/15 scale but got some printing errors with some parts being too thin.

The file needs some revision because not originally designed for 3D printing.

I had the exact same issue with a file for a C7, and had to make plenty of revisions to make it both generally printable and slightly easier to print/preserve details.

Made a small update to my existing T-96 track with metal grousers for M48s. After looking at some more reference photos, I narrowed the thickness of the metal grousers to be more accurate:

I can send you my M16A1 file. Take your pick: original production M16 or M16A1.

Hey, Mike, I thought you retired! Thank you for your generosity. I’ll take both files if you want to be extra generous. My email: petition2God at gmail.
Thanks again.
Kind regards,

Another ubiquitous accessory of the modern US military. The 5-gallon Homer bucket. Improved my previous design to look more accurate and added a lid. 1/35 scale replica in STL available for only 1 USD (both supported and unsupported STLs will be available on my cults3D site).

I envision a day when you can load four colors into your printer and have it print the bucket exactly as it is in the photo. Or three colors if your base material is white already.
