Your going to love those kits. Be sure to review the Rover instructions a few times as there are several options.
I’ve had luck with Tamiya and Gunze turning them upside down and wacking them on a tile floor a couple times.

My way of getting stubborn caps loose is to put a small flat screwdriver into the gap between the cap and the glass bottle, then carefully levering up a bit, moving along a little and repeating as seems necessary in order to break the paint bond between cap and bottle. Intersperse this with trying to twist the cap off and cursing because it still refuses to ![]()
For Gunze / Mr. Paint / Mr. Hobby jars I use their cap opener. So far worked with all jars. Low point: works with that certain diameter caps only.
Does it also work on 10 ml Tamiya bottles?
I believe so, though did not try yet. Only compared two bottle caps right now. They look equal in diameter with the Mr. Hobby one.
