That I could do. If people are interested I can make a sort of “generic” kit which would be good for basic detailing, if more complex markings are needed for a specific vehicle I can do that too.
Angel, you know the photo you sent me with the line of Panthers in it… The first one has the large red star on the turret side … Would all the red stars of been that big ? On the 3rd Panther in, a G you can see part of the turret and it looks like there is no red star on it or any of the others ? In that line unless they are all smaller stars ? I may have to look at echelon or star decals and see if they do any red stars …
FYI, Archer Fine Transfers has a set of mixed sized red stars with and without the white border.
John,
If you want a red star on your Panther, why don’t you just cut one stencil from Tamiya masking tape, glue it on the turret and airbrush the red star? You can use same stencil for both sides of the turret…
Another option- I think I sent you also the color scheme of said Panther- enlarge it to fit 1/35th scale, print it B&W and cut the red star to use it as a stencil.
Cheers,
Angel
Nice progress, Kalin!
Curious whether you’ll manage to build the “Skoda” before your Uhu machine guns arrive

@petbat Peter, how about reg. number В 10351 for the Steyr 1500.
It is a vehicle from the Armored Brigade HQ:
@Tank_1812 So be it, Ryan! I’ve added B 18113 to my file.
@Armournovice Gil, that’s a great idea and I will look into details whether I can prepare the info required for such a task!
@DennisatAutoloader Dennis, I’ll message you soon to show you what I have!
Cheers,
Angel
@ayovtshev That or 10592 as per the coloured pic you posted on 10/09 would be perfect thank you.
It does not appear that 10351 has the armoured brigade rings marking? Would that vehicle be green or left as the 'Panzer Grey" like Kalin’s one? If Dennis can do the decals I’d be happy to get a set for sure.
@DennisatAutoloader Thanks Dennis. As above I am in if you can do them. Hopefully you can get a few orders. Might be a nice niche market for you too!
I am on board for a set.
@DennisatAutoloader as mentioned, or to make it clear, I’m doing only 1/72 scale so I’ll be on board for it in that scale if you’re going to do it
Great to hear your interest guys! If you’d like, feel free to PM me some photos of vehicles you’d be interested in me making markings for, and I can assess options going forward
Dennis
The man with the glasses is the commander of the armored brigade from this period: Major General Stoyan Konstantinov Trendafilov.
This Steyr is from the armored brigade.
In Angel there is a book of mine in which there are photos of the commanders of divisions and brigades. He can show his photo.
The car is most likely in the color Dunkelgrau. Because the officers’ overcoats are gray.
Kind regards!
Kalin
Some pictures of Gen. Stoyan Trendafilov(Commanding Officer Armored Brigade):

@petbat @Tank_1812 @Armournovice and to whom it may concern
I’ve gathered a list of Bulgarian registration plates by type of vehicle. I have photographic evidence for most of these numbers.
Please check and PM me which vehicles/reg. numbers might be of interest to you, so I can include them when preparing visual data for a possible decal set.

Angel
PM sent… Thanks.
I’ve got some progress on my Campaign build to report.
Managed to reposition the engine higher in the engine bay.
Built the gearbox cover from scratch and added almost all interior details on the Horch M.222 lower part. Made frequent checks with parts in kit #82442(the donor kit for engine, radiator and gearbox) and reworked some of the ex-Tristar interior parts.
Cut away the solidly molded radiator mesh and replaced it with PE mesh, added some 0,4 mm bolt heads, cut with my DIY Bolt Head Slicer.
Constructed a rough representation of both fuel tanks, located on each side of the engine.
Built and added also the oil pan of the engine- it is slightly, but still visible through the gap between bottom and rear armor.
The Horch M.222 is built in subassemblies, so I can paint and weather it.

Looks great Angel.
You are ready to paint. Congratulations!
Kalin
Here we go again… More mediocre building from Angel … Obviously I am kidding … That is looking fantastic Angel, so many great details added. It’s going to look lovely. The suspension looks amazing as well the engine … Great stuff
Delicious. Makes you drool just looking at it.
