Cleveland Tractor Company (Cletrac) M2 High-speed Service Tractor

Model is complete and shipped! The last thing was protecting the windshield and headlights and light spraying Tamiya flat clear to reduce the decal sheen. Wish I got that color better, but it will be okay.

The final shots…

Work continues on the engne room. For the latest, check out here:

Tamiya Matte Clear (TS-80) the best flat clear in the industry! You get what you pay for!

Usage Tip: When spraying your final clear matte top coat, hold the spray can well away from the work piece and let the spray fall almost dry onto the model.
This technique will produce the flatest matte surface you will ever hope to create.

EXAMPLES:

In case someone might ask. I am old school. I set my decals using Future Floor Wax and use the Tamiya Matte Clear to remove any shine. I have had younger modelers make fun of my techniques but I would answer that the proof is in the results as shown here. These photos have not been manipulated in any way. Also you might note how the decals hunker down nicely over those hood ridges.

Myles, truly amazing work you have going there but then all you work is beyond amazing! I am glad you found a way to print the tractor in the larger scales.
