I’ll be joing when my t28’s come in from preorder.
Awesome, Jack. I am very tempted to buy the double box with the book included.
Looking forward to see more ![]()

Takom T58 Heavy Tank
All built except for some sanding and installing the tow cable. Now I need to mask and order some primer.
This would be a really good model if the movable suspension was not so horrible.
Anyone know where I can get a Takom T57 in the United States?
Just to clarify because I have been looking for a 25/26 release that I haven’t already done in my genres, but is this just for new tools released during this time frame?
This wouldn’t apply just to a reboxing with a simple decal change would it? Rebox with some new parts?
I made the mistake of building a bunch of my new kits for the other campaigns. I am keeping an eye on the Lanmo Autoblinda but that hinges on if I can get one in time.
I’m still trying to figure out if interior colours specified in IBG instructions are correct. They state red (RLM23) for all fabric impregnated elements and RLM02 for metal/wood.
It sounds a little odd, why would anyone paint some wooden support plans in RLM02 and rest in impregnaat colour? Have no clue, but I must admin it looks quite nice instead of monolithic gray or red only.
I think I’ll follow this way.
Looks very nice, Radek! I agree it is pleasing to the eye.
Could the difference in color be because the plane was just put together with prepainted parts and then just left in that color? Maybe the wooden supports came from a factory and were just installed and left in the original color.
Hi folks.
I guess I am a bit late to the party. Not an experienced modeller but started collecting and building some kits about 13 years ago. Not completed a model since 2019 due to health issues.
I decided I needed to try and build some of my kits before I pop my clogs, as I bought them to build.
I will be building, start on a positive note lol, the Eduard weekend edition 1/72 BF109 G-6 kit number 7475 as it had new parts in 2025.
I’ll do my best but don’t expect much as I am having to learn again.
Looks a nice enough kit, with a colour manual and four options for painting.
Hopefully an easy start back in for me.
All the best.
Brian
Welcome back, Brian! Great to hear you are back.
Cool choice of kit. I just finished the eduard 1/72 spitfire. A great little kit with lots of details. Hope the 109 is just as good. I will follow your build with interest as I have a lot of eduard 109 kits in the stash.
Thanks Jesper.
Now trying to figure out what paints to use, see if any I have are still viable, and then buy what I need.
Cheers,
Brian
I’m very slowly, but steady pushing Gotha forward. There’s a chance I will be putting the interior together next week (I hope
).
Current state of painting
Ok, I “Gotha” catch up with the build.
Main deck and cockpit area are pretty much done
The same with "fuselage halves and roof:
Cargo area 3D printed seats also got painted and weathered.
Unfortunately instructions aren’t very clear of how these should be mounted to the sides of hull, so I still wonder how to place them.
I’m also struggling a little bit with 3D printed MGs . Any suggestion how to remove them from the “crate” without breaking them and how to sand the remainders of resin supports?
Would the Tamiya Schwimmwagen 35393 with wide wheels they just released count as new for 2026 although most of it is 1998?
