I heard back from Sprue Bros and they are working on it.
I have heard they have excellent customer service.
I have only ever had one issue ordering from them and their customer service handled it well and quickly.
I’m sure they’ll handle it just curious how two Sprues went awol?
If it was shrink wrapped when you got it, must have been factory error.
I have this kit but “saving it” for a bit… look forward to your build… and as for enrolling - there is no formal process now, just rock up and post in the thread
There are going to be some really great builds from this group based on those posted already. Can’t wait to get mine started. Just got to finish up a couple of things then hopefully will be a go in the next two weeks or so.
I dealt with MiniArt customer service once or twice and they were very helpfull too, so if SprueBrothers can’t help, they might

I am doing the Miniart T-54-3 interior kit for this build. Being a full interior kit I was thinking of ways to show off that interior. I’m thinking of doing one of the tanks captured by the Hungarians and examined by the British during the Hungarian uprising. This way I figure I can do a small vignette where I can have the engine deck and hatches open with British soldiers and Hungarian freedom fighters examining it.
Does anyone know of any good figures I could use for this idea?
More done on this little (VERY little) kit. Man oh man, alignment…make or break. Minor surgery to correct an alignment issue (2nd picture - see it?) that made a huge difference. 
Now comes the fun part (MUCH sarcasm): the set rails (right of and below the built body).

Thanks Phil, it’s a great little kit, with nice sharp details and I will definitely be getting another as there are so many different Dio scenes you could add this to and vehicles it could go on.
T-54-3 kit arrived today. Serious amount of plastic in this kit and some of the parts are TINY. Only counted one broken part out of 1045, and it should be salvageable.

If you have not built one of their T54/55 kits before be very careful when assembling the lower hull and running gear parts. The must be properly aligned or it will throw off the alignment of all the wheels and track. Good luck.
If someone would make an after market jig for aligning the wheels on the T-54/55 kits I would buy it. I would also buy one for the T-34 kit (which should cover the T-34s and the SUs they make I would hope?)
Good idea on inspecting the parts. I think before I begin my T-34 I will inspect the parts and sprues to make sure they are all accounted for and unbroken.
Any specific issue with aligning the road wheels I should be aware of, or any proposed tips?
There are quite a few parts that go together that determine the position of the road wheels in the end, each with a little bit of tolerance. The axles are separate from the arms and get glued in, then the arms attach to the hull and the spring assembly inside the hull, then the wheels go onto the axles. All of them have a bit of wiggle to them so in the end you can have some alignment. It would be nice if there were a jig that you could stick the whole assembly into as you were glueing it - you’d still have to get the wheels straight, but at least the axles would be in the right position. It worked out in the end but it wasn’t effortless, if that makes sense. This was for the SU-85 kit and they have made some changes to the T-34 kit.

Oh, there is a build of a T-55 at TMN, that might be more like the T-54 you have:
There are “blocks” that the swing arms fit into. The blocks are fitted to the lower hull pan. If the blocks are not snuggly fit and squared it will throw off the alignment of the swing arms and thence the wheels and tracks. Hope this helps. Good luck.
