to be fair - Academy added Photo-Etch screens to the T-90A when they reboxed it from Zvezda.
It has accuracy issues, IIRC it was with the height of the vehicle + side skirts, but it’s a nice looking kit out of the box.

Yes 4 clips on YouTube. Not sure if one was pre-deployment/invasion with a battery of S-400s. The others were 2 moving on roads with a KAMAZ support vehicle each, and the other was several parked up

Apparently collecting AFVs has become quite the hobby in Ukraine…
For every tank full of ERA-blocks they get some nice sets of IED’s, just need a detonator and civilian blasting contractors should have lots of those …
Destroyed convoys can contain weapons and hand grenades …
Russia is arming Ukrainian civilians …
Russian tanks, AFVs, and convoys are running out of fuel and the soldiers are just walking away from the vehicles. They don’t care.
Youtube has some hearbreaking interviews with young Russian soldiers/conscripts who were told that they were participating in an exercise and didn’t have the foggiest idea about why they were shooting at Ukrainians and why the Ukrainians were shooting back …
Thats right, because you’re always issued with live ammunition and told to shoot at the enemy when you’re on an exercise…
Mind you, it does smack of what the Argies were told in 1982 as they set sail for the Falklands… just an exercise. They had their backsides handed to them on a plate, lets hope these despicable people do too, innocent of their regime or not.
Sorry for being unclear:
First they were sent on “exercise”
In the “middle” of the night they were woken up to get in their vehicles and move, happens in exercises …
Then they were given live ammo, also happens in some exercises …
Then they arrived in battle and now it wasn’t an exercise anymore …
The modern Russian way of motivating their soldiers before a battle, don’t tell them anything and then kick them out into it and let them figure it out for themselves.
In civilian life this is knwon as mushroom management, keep them in the dark and feed them “fertilizer”
I wonder who torched it …
There is evidence that they are puncturing their own fuel tanks to help them run out a little faster. These guys don’t want to fight. And that’s a good thing. Wonder how many are collecting their five millions rubles in crypto?
Most people don’t want to die …
Especially when they can’t understand WHY they are sent to die …
Where is the evidence?
Russia and the predecessor Soviets never trusted their men with anything. Where western militaries make sure that everyone in the squad knows what’s going on, the Russians only tell their officers. That means when the officer with the plan buys it, the men don’t know what to do. I have zero doubt that plenty of these troops were shocked to find themselves in a shooting way.
