If you’re talking about the large billboard in the MT-LB picture, the first line says “Protect the future” and the second line says “Ukraine NATO Europe” in Ukrainian.

The let’s go Brandon phrase is a much nicer way of saying something nasty regarding the current president. It started as either an intentional or unintentional misunderstanding of a crowd chant by a sports reporter at an auto race and has taken on a life of its own.
