U.S. News channels reporting a Russian missile struck civilian building inside Poland, killing at least two. These are initial reports.
The Ukrainians are asking for ATACMS. Seems they want to go hunting!
Looks like the leftovers of a British Mastiff MRAP.
Saw that earlier today… things are about to get interesting for NATO, Article 5 wise…
i suspect NATO will respond with some harsh words and little else, sooner or later something like this was bound to happen.
There is no love lost for the Russians in Poland, as in many former Warsaw Pact countries. I don’t see the Poles sitting on their hands and doing nothing if this is a valid incident. Ordnance hitting a farm field or forest killing nothing but plants is one thing. Citizens being killed kicks it up a few notches.
What does any and all of the above posts have to do with modeling armor in the Ukraine crisis??? Nothing.
Can we get back to modeling or move this thread to the Off-Topic Shenanigans forum if you want to discuss the tactics and politics of the war?

Sorry. Got carried away.
Especially since at least three US officials have stated a preliminary assessment suggests the missile that hit Poland was fired by Ukrainian forces at an incoming Russian missile.
If we can’t stay on topic, at least we can discuss actual fact.

M1152A1 ECV Truck on the first picture and M1151A1 ECV on the second. Seen both the GPK and OGPK turrets on the Ukrainian Humvees; along with both American M2 Brownings, as well as Russian DShK heavy machine guns. Same goes with the camo; sometimes, desert tan (CARC 686A), 3-color NATO scheme (Medium Green, Black and Brown) and in the case of the second picture, looks like a shade of dark green; could it be Russian 4BO Protective Green?
