Anyone know why one would have the extended air intake without the extended exhaust?
I don’t think it applies here, but offroad vehicles use snorkels to bring in cleaner, cooler air as opposed to sucking it in from under the hood. Here, it probably just came that way and that’s how they left it.
respect i needed that for a custom kamaz

LOL! I like that one!
Indeed, quite the menagerie of AFV’s from all over the world ! Probably as much fun as working at a used car dealership as a mechanic having no idea what will roll into your bay next to repair.
I think the Leopard 1A5 will be the sweetheart aka workhorse of the whole group. Easier on the logistics, reasonable weight, very good fire control, better suited to the operating environment etc.
The Leopard 1A5 at least shares the automotive components with the Gepard. But yeah, Ukrainian logistics must be an insane mess right now…
He who laughs last laughs best…Judging by some of the AFV’s they have fielded, I guess the Russians must have drafted Museum staff for maintenance duties.

I saw the Ruscists are fielding T55s now. Nice tank. I have driven one with my kids in our local amusement park in Germany. Also dont worry about the maintenace. Thats done by the NATO.
Apparently, the burning drone wreck pictured in Ruzza’s post is an Iranian-built Mohajer 6 used by the Russian…And shot down by them

I’m suprised that fat lump of crap can fit through ANY hatch on ANY AFV.
That guy is so obviously gawking directly at her fun bags, it is no wonder his hands are placed where they are.
Every stitch on that uniform is crying out in pain …
