Regarding that Russian army is defeated near Kyiv - it is true. In 2 places near Kyiv two Russian groupings are almost taken in a ring. Almost because in fact there is semi-ring in both cases and where a ring is not closed everything is blocked by the work of artillery. Thus, Russians are deprived of the opportunity both to get out of this zone and to receive supplies, fuel, food from the outside. Thus, we hope that in the nearest week-two weeks these groupings will have either surrender to us, or perish. It seems that they do not have other variants. Everything is complicated in other places, but also quite reassuring for Ukrainian Army.

it would seem that army rations dating back to 2015 are the least of their troops problems, apparently some of their field dressings sate back to 1978!

A truck marked with Z and a read cross on a white roundel, flat tire.
Then the camera moves to the rear and shows boxes, eventually one of the
boxes is opened and contains 122 mm artillery shells.
I do not see who loaded those shells into box body and when/where this loading was done
As Robin says, but again it’s footage after the effect, however knowing that regime, that is part of the convention they didn’t sign up to…and even if they did sign up to it, knowing what they are capable off and what their forces have done not only here but in other conflicts, I wouldn’t put anything past them …they seem to have a different rule book. And if it was taken out by fire, it’s a legit target (as long as you know it’s transporting ammo).
