There ought to be a setting in the preferences where one could check a box:
“Appreciates friendly typo corrections”

I recently received quite a bollocking from someone who took
some minor typo-corrections as a severe personal insult …
No chill at all …

Scratch Built US Army, 4 ton Stake Bed Trailer:

Another one from my “archives”

Tires, springs and end beam + taillights are from the Italeri Deuce. The rest is scratch built.

What I am most proud of is the working landing gear. Which stays in position simply by friction within that center sliding beam. (See three step photo sequence below.) The small landing wheels are again short sections of plastic tube, filled with body putty, then sanded to a concave shape and drilled out.

That tarp on the front is simply two smaller bed rolls cut and spliced together to make a larger (longer) rolled up tarpolin.

As to this being an old build; Everything old is new again - if you have not seen it before.)

Ah, a kinetic energy projectile! How fast does 60L of water have to be moving to have a suitable effect?..

I was originally going to post this image, but something was just not right, but so very wrong… and it ain’t rocket science.

For Double Jeopardy, you have just one hour to solve the riddle.

Apart from the very evident flash, accentuated by the camera flash… :stuck_out_tongue:

The old Tamiya JC’s have the ‘very wrong’ centrally mounted spouts, where they should be mounted more to the ‘right’ as you face them. (They also have 2 square bar handles, not 3 round ones)

But this is Sci-fi, so that does not matter…

Peter, tsk, tsk, tsk.:man_facepalming: You were so very close… and under the buzzer!:zap:

However, the official answer should have been preceded by “What are”, i.e. “What are the old Tamiya JC’s have the ‘very wrong’ centrally mounted spouts, where they should be mounted more to the ‘right’ as you face them. (They also have 2 square bar handles, not 3 round ones).”

Since you were such a good contestant, as a consolation prize you will receive one full Jerry Can of Worms! :canned_food::worm:
