I have a few Wingnut kits that should get built so why not.
Excellent job Jesper!
I still have to get paint down on my Mk 1. It is very hot and humid here at the moment, so I can’t use the airbrush.
I can’t complain though, my countrymen in the far north have a lot more serious weather problems.
These boats are travelling down the highway…
The Australian Armour and Artillery Museum has flooding where they run the vehicles during Armourfest and the water has encroached up into the lower reaches of one grandstand .
Yeah, Cairns is copping it badly. Stay safe mate!
I’d go again, I have three kits I want to start, and another two after those ( an Eduard Profipack Albie DV in 1/48 and a Roden 1/72 Felixstowe. Still got Jackal and the aviation lighter to finish as well.
Thanks for the comments on my Schneider. Much appreciated!
@AussieReg I am definitely doing a diorama. I have the MIG productions Black Friday diorama box under the Christmas tree. So I will wait and see what is in that box before deciding what to do.
@Amegan, indeed super interesting to research new types. A cool part of the hobby especially for lesser known types like the Schneider. In the beginning I thought it might be German due to the name - that was my level of knowledge of the Schneider
@phil2015, I am ready for both a WWI campaign and a biplane campaign.
I am looking for an excuse to build one of the old matchbox twin engine biplanes.
My entry for a 2nd WWI could be the diorama with the Schneider, some fortifications and figures.
I just love what you did wuith that wonderfully French Schneider. The mud really looks active. How did you accomplish it?
I would certainly be up for another WW1 campaign and a separate biplane campaign would be great. I have some 20s-30s projects in minds for that one.
Paul
I agree with everyone else, you really have done a fantastic job with the Schneider. It looks brilliant!
I never did manage to get my build started, but definitely would do another WW1 campaign next year. I just need to pick a kit that I’m committed to and want to see through till the end. Possibly a CSM Armoured car or the ICM Ford Ambulance.
Thanks for the comments, guys! The mud is just different AK-Interactive and MiG productions mud. I painted it with thinned oils with pigments added. I was looking to find quite clear pictures of how mud accumulated on Schneider in WWI.
Are we done? Any stragglers needing a little extra time?
I’m a little behind it so haven’t had time to go through and make a list and probably won’t for a few more days.
Yes Phil, I didn’t manage to meet the deadline. I got a first colour down, but the humidity here at the moment is too high to be able to airbrush some more, so the rest of the camo colours need to be added:
I’ll continue when I can but it will take me too long to fit within this campaign. Cheers.
Yeah, I’ve still got a lot to do on my camel so won’t make it.
I’ll tally everyone else and get them awarded.
I do look forward to seeing this tank done - it’s so tempting to do one myself.
I’m sorry it has taken me so long to compile the list for this. I believe these are the folks who completed their builds. If I’ve missed someone, please let me know.

Sorry but I never managed to get anything started for this campaign.
Hopefully will be able to complete this year’s.
@phil2015 Phil, was the list of finishers sent to staffjim?
It was!
Let me know if you don’t hear anything in another week or so and I’ll give him a nudge.
