When someone pretends to be or know something my first response is to ask a question the pretender should be able to answer if his/her claims are legit.
Once upon a time I was a member of a model railroad club and one “visitor” kept talking about how most models of one electric locomotive were incorrect. When I got fed up with his BS I asked him to bring his own model along and show us all how it should be done. That shut him up real quick …

You see, you’re all really nice and welcoming - when the reality is you should instantly be suspicious of a post from the likes of ‘Ruby’. You should be curt and rude, just like me (
