You should check out the YouTube channel called Nigel’s Modelling Bench. He has done a whole series on building this kit!

I will have to take a look at this. It is a new production kits, however, so there might be a chance that this is not the case with this one

I just opened the bags with the clear sprues a d both canopies have a kind of white spot on them, which cannot be wiped away.

Picked up Planet Models’ resin kit of the Hughes H-1 (long wing) racer today. Will post when it arrives.
