Wow, that moulding is older than most us here… But the Atlantis version has new clear parts if I remember right.
@ petbat. Did you mean nuclear parts? ![]()
yes, of course
Hot damn Harv. That is way cool. Please tell me you’re gonna go with the Sinclair livery and not the boring OD.
Not sure Don. For now it is just going to collect dust with all the others on the shelf. ![]()
WOW !! Do Sinclair painting !! Where did you get such a miracle ?? and how is it scale ??
Hi Piotr. I was doing some shopping at Hobby Lobby Arts & Crafts Stores and saw it sitting on the shelf and decided to buy it. It is 1/48 scale. For now it is just going to sit on the shelf and gather dust with my other kits.

I have resisted so far from get that kit at HL.
Received this a few days ago, it literally arrived on a slow boat from China. A few days shy of 3 months transit.
Parts count - about a gazillion.
And she’s big, but she needs to be to fit this behemoth (deck pieces of the wagon sitting below):
Must…… resist…… temptation……
Must…… complete other builds before starting this new one!
Resistance is futile! ![]()
The smell of clean uncut plastic in morning……hmmmm.
I find there are some really good vendors in China and I order often; I quite enjoy the “Slow Boat” aspect (although to be honest it is normally quite efficient - my Takom M114 arrived in around 3 weeks) as on occasion I forget that I’ve ordered something then it’s a surprise.
You’re right - I don’t get out much.
I’m assuming books can be shown here? Anyway, some required reading for Cold War modellers perhaps - 'only read a little so far but all food for thought and no small debunking of AFV design and tactics:
There is another topic about which books we are reading so maybe you could post about these books there as well?
OK time to play with the ‘experts’. Lead wire to wire some engines. Will my skills match the wires possibilities!!
These just arrived today. The Dragon BMP-2 might be made into a knocked out vehicle. So many reference pics and inspiration from the current conflict.
The SP Designs products will be for various Trumpeter kits in my stash.
Personally, I and many others (it seems to me) would be extremely grateful to you for photos of the contents of the kits from Sp Designs or their review.
That would include me as well, don’t know much about his kits but very curious.
