What the postman brought today (Armorama)

Good question, they snuck through the wire and have not been seen since.

I will let you know tomorrow. My thought is to have one/two in a trench and Music Box running over/near them.

The screenshots look pretty good… Better han the Trumpy figs!

I think the plastic options are somewhat limited for 1918 Germans. I am sure someone will prove me wrong but these where accessible at the same time and buying the Tamiya figures. Might swap with some Hornet heads but if I am honest just getting the Whippet done in time will be a miracle.

ICM and Masterbox have some German infantry in 1:35, but as said: these look pretty ok.

Another rescue….I realize the reviews on Accurate Armor are mixed, but I had to see for myself.

Also I’m a sucker for all things ARV, CEV, AEV and anything with a crane, dozer blade or excavator bucket.

Edited to add contents:

Hull looks good at a glance.

As do all the bags of resin parts:

Although I’m not crazy about the white metal running gear rattling around in the bottom of the box because one of the bags broke:

I must just say that should you have any issues whatsoever with the product, I’ve always found AA more than happy to engage and replace/advise re their products; in fact, I cannot think of a better customer service. For what it’s worth(!)

Great looking kit

Just received the HB fuel truck today! I did one a year ago, but this time I may fix some of the nasty dimension issues that HB built into their kit…

This is entirely Meads @Mead93 fault, …

Nice box art …

And a box within a box…

Sprues look nice, all sandy brown coloured… Link and length track which I am not a huge fan of, but the Zvezda T90 I did went together ok.
The kit also comes with a decal sheet of Zimmerit… On first glance it looks nice, but not sure about the depth of it… looks shallow, but will reserve judgement on it until I work on it. Bonus is that it comes in the kit… One less expense…I hope

Zvezda really pack their boxes with stuff. Must admit I’m a fan of link and length tracks, I dread seeing a kit I really like turn out to have indy links. They suck the soul out of me

Thanks to @Dan , went to an awesome local hobby shop: https://www.hobbytown.com/aurora-co/l45, Colpar’s HobbyTown in Aurora, CO this past weekend. Dan, sorry, my wife dislikes you now.
It was the best hobby store for 1/35 products I’ve ever been to in the US. None of the hobby shops I’ve been to back home in the East coast had that sort of inventory (if they’re even in business). If you’re ever in the Denver area, it’s worth check it out.

I had to catch myself from buying more. Just ended with this one kit at a great price of $40:

Shall go back there again one of these days.

@ James: Wish I could visit that store… So close, yet so far away. Three hours or so to the ‘Front Range’ from the ‘Western Slope.’ :snowflake:

AMPS Christmas meeting haul. 1/48 D7 was given cause I had missed the Andy WW 1/32 D7 sale but last night got the SB one. :man_shrugging:
SA-2 was the white elephant win. The Bren and troops was some else’s win they didn’t want. The M10 was an impulse buy thinking about a dio with the other 1/48 Brit stuff.

SA-2 is pretty okay. I built and gave one to a retired B-52 driver for his 80th birthday and he dug it.

Told me they looked like telephone poles when they flew past him.
