Well - as a “coach potato” I can only direct you here

That looks like a straight breacher and driving through… It’s one I’ve wanted to get for ages. I wish someone would do some of our RE armoured kits in plastic

They are not nearly as detailed as the Joefix one, which I also have. Also they forgot the instructions, so I have to get back with. Definitely a delicate build.

I’ve just gotten around to testing the Microscale products and both seem very promising. HTH.

:white_check_mark: LiquiTape (MI-10). Clear, stays tacky, remains movable, easy to remove with water. Useful for dry-fitting parts and figures, i.e. positioning limbs, Hornet Hands and miscellaneous accessories.

:white_check_mark: MicroMask (MI-7). Initial application seems thick, but it turns into a thin blue film when completely dry. Can be cut with precision using a sharp blade and removes easily with tweezers.

The latest Hobby Link shipment from Wanamaker has arrived:

I took a peek at the XM734 instructions and discovered it includes the correct center mounted fuel tank/bench seat arrangement for the interior. This also includes the “Okinawa” commanders turret shields as well as the Cadillac Gauge turret.

Although I have been trying my best to not purchase more kits…But, I am a weak man.

Purchase this while back and was in a slow boat. So, just got it recently.

Whilst I appreciate the sentiment, it should read “…would have.…”, but I’m sure, deep down, we all know that(!)

Well of course it’s supposed to be “have”, but in my styrene soaked, kit addled state, surrounded by 600 boxes, sniffing glue, you anticipate proper grammar?
Please, Sir, you expect too much.

“Styrene soaked, kit addled”? My God, that sums us all up. 'Love it Matthew, love it!

(Can’t add any more - 'have a plane to catch; radio silence will ensue for around 10 days - so feel free, as it were, grammatically).

With drugs ,the buss goes,
and nothing to show off, apart from withdrawal symptoms and looking like skeletor,
with models you can store, look at pile , and make the pile into a picture, and show others, but sometimes, missing the suntan if your single of course.

Yes! Drugs leave you with nothing but the shakes.
Golf leaves you with nothing but a little pencil.
Model stashing leaves you with an entire Kingdom to watch over!
And it must be maintained and cared for! There are PE, tracks, and barrels to acquire and keep track of. This is not a hobby for the faint of heart. It’s not just about spending money!

Model hobby is a miniaturized course in logistics. In addition to the support functions and maintenance menentioned, one must plan supplies of parts, sheet styrene, paints, solvents, tools both hand and powered, paint brushes, airbrushes, compression, gloves, respirator, paint booth, glue, sand paper/sticks, wood bases, ground work and insignia.

The insignia is most important so one doesn’t forget what said item is supposed to be in ones old age…wink.

Don’t forget project planning. Specially when making a diorama…
