Some AA bits and pieces and evergreen, can’t remember which AA bits, just the nose as one, and bergens, home made sausage bag and sigs kit, respirator bags, from putty and IFF plates,
Today new goodies arrived from Plastic Model Shop in Ukraine
. Always happy to support this excellent vendor when I can.
Nearly all of the major manufacturers 1/35 Panther D kits are in the stash counting this ICM kit.
I really like the DAN PE for the 1/35 Panther with the etch weave. Reminds me of Armor Research Company PE from long.
Rolled the dice with a set of resin workable early Panther tracks too.
The tracks seem to be good, how much did they cost and are there more tracks for other tanks?
I ordered some books in germany, waiting since 21 days now, the books sended from the US needed 6. I hope, they arrive this week
The Dnepro Model - 1/35 Panther Early type Workable resin track, DN35142 cost $29.99 US dollars.
I’m not very familiar with Dnepro’s many resin items. I know they offer early & late Panther tracks, several resin model kits and some 1/16 scale items.
And you get sweets … whats not to love about that !!
There is a tweaks list on here which mentions a lot of the things I’ve picked up. Nothing that can’t be sorted though and I’ll enjoy the satisfaction of doing them.

Wow, some of my ancient history… one thing I did not mention is that over time the tracks shrink and rip off the road wheels at the torsion bar join.
Yes I’ve read that on a few other threads also. I think perhaps a set of Fruils will be in my future at some stage to head that catastrophe off.
Thank you, I will take a look to the offer of this company
These are going to be my first try with guitar strings as antenna…
I thought I was just getting size 10, but it turns out it’s all the size listed.
It was recommended to use size 10, but to me it looks to thin… The 13 looks better. Not had a proper look yet though or scaled them up next to an ABA…
I am sure though that all the sizes will be useful…
The larger ones can be used to replicate ducting, concertina tube or wrapped wiring.
No postman involved here but… I bought a new kit last night. Well, I actually bought a few raffle tickets for the monthly raffle at IPMS last night and won this classic
Woohoo!
These old Airfix box arts are legendary!
Well, it sure is dramatic artwork, that’s for sure!
The old catalogues from airfix are great too, even today they put some work in them. In difference to others what is really sad, I like good made catalogues
I don’t recall ever seeing an Airfix catalog back then. But this kit did have the flyer with a black & white photo of their product line all built up.
No idea what you mean. I mean the caralogues from Airfix ![]()
Which is more often than not more than you could say for the contents.
