From the Land of the Rising Sun…
From the Land of Dragon’s (x4) for 1 to 1 scale car project…
And that’s a bad thing?
Thank you for the link.
Very nice!
There’s just something about a Chieftain that always looks like it’s ready to do business and give bad guys a beat down!
The those stowage boxes on the side of the turret make the tank look like a mean MMA fighter with cauliflower ears.
Been seeing a lot about the new Ammo Atom paints so picked up a couple of sets for different projects and a bottle of the thinner cleaner with retarder ,I like the idea it’s all in one so no fiddling about with extra bottles (the tape is from me dropping the bottle and cracking the lid
)
Arrived

This arrived today.
The Badger Patriot, I’ve been using has not functioned well for me. I bought it off Amazon and had a strong suspicion that it had been repackaged.
So, SWMBO said why don’t I buy a new one, so I did. Not from Amazon, but from Maple Airbrush Supplies.
The part-load for my M125 truck. Some of the logos may have to be backdated to get them period-correct.
I’ve used the Patriot for about 4 years. Apart from the end cap getting gummed up (cleaning Vallejo off using Iso caused this apparently) I’ve had great service from it.
Sounds like someone sold you a dud unit.
Best of luck with your new ‘brush. It looks a beaut!
Where did you get these from? Are you going to make 3D improvements for it?
Some eBay seller had it.
As to making 3D print improvements, it’s too early to tell, and I don’t know much about the vehicle to say what should be improved…
Had a ‘Dodge WC-54 Ambulance’ parts dump over the past month. …
3D Decals were ordered from ‘Sprue Brothers’
3D-Printed Resin Parts were ordered direct from ‘Quinta Studio’

The newest Tamiya kit, plus figures, decals and paint for it — all will become clear eventually The bottle of Tamiya cement is for the track pins on Cuckoo, because all of the glue I had is too thin and creeps between them, so I decided to buy a thicker type. The little camouflaged box is a set of British 4-gallon fuel cans from Panzer Art.
