That’s a nice shop owner. :+1:

I fully agree with you, Ryan!

I decided to give him for his store display case a model I built some years ago:

This Bulgarian Army Zil-131/ZU 23-2 gun truck earned me an award at Manta Model Show last year,

Cheers,
Angel

Ordered direct from AK the 3rd Gen Air series Colours on a Saturday and arrived last Friday.

Great service AK Thanks

3 hours later a quick run through the paint shaker machine and the bottle tops are colour coded and in the box ready for work. :ok_hand: :+1:

Haven’t pushed a pencil in quite some time, so I decided to pull the trigger and give these AK Weathering Pencils a try. … Weathering… oh boy!:boom::hammer:

And not only for sharpening but also for saving the expensive color shavings…

Ordered from Amazon: Pencil Sharpener (3 Pack Blue Dual Hole)

Mike, let me know how [if] you get yours to work.

Me too. Heck if I knew you wanted those probably could have sent my set for you test drive. Course maybe Matt and I got a defective batch.

The pencil sharper looks pretty nice maybe that’s the magic touch.

Uh-oh… Well, as soon as I give ‘em a test run, I’ll be sure to let you guys know how it goes — maybe in a quick follow-up review.:crossed_fingers::sweat_smile:

They have not a too good reputation, while others claim they work perfect…

This time a mail call. These are for 3 projects. One in progress, and 2 in planning…

Erm, thanks. I will do my best as always, but I wonder what you think the projects will be…:blush:

Get resin wheel/tire replacements for this kit, if available…you’ll be glad you did!

What vettejeack says about them wheels. You may be sorry otherwise …
Mine were cracked in the box, there were no resin tyres back then so I had to glue them together.
Looked ugly, covering the joint with paint made a little less ugly.
I’ll need to get resin wheels for it …

Nothing exciting, just a mantlet cover for a Centurion.

And although he probably belongs more in the figure threads, an RNAS crewman from CSM. Well, he is to go with the Lanchester. A project I plan on finishing this winter.

Details were a bit difficult to pick up on the camera. Will show up better after painting. He’s very nicely sculpted and cast. No air bubbles or casting defects to be seen.

Nice figure. You can post in both, don’t think folks would mind.

Thanks Ryan, I might do that.

I bought the other figure which goes with this one, his mate sat on the stowage bin, earlier in the year. They’re really nice figures.
