Fell asleep. Have the center of the medallion. Working on the border and cross bar.

How about this?
Here it is at a bigger size. The little guy is pretty cool.
GI Joe was created using an algorithm based art program so this is all original artwork. The rest is simple vector stuff done in Inkscape. Time consuming to do but I sometimes like the precision versus what the algorithm based art programs barf out.
