3D prints and CADs Part 2 - by petition2God

I have to say, those CADs always look amazing and the 3D bits you did in the past, and what you are now doing for your own use look so cool… Lots of work goes into it all, and its just good to see what you are getting up to with developments …

I would of put more likes on them, but I didnt want it to look like I was stalking you lol

Thank you for your kind words, John. Yeah, I was seeing 10 different notifications suddenly, and I was like what’s up with all these likes?
Thanks for your support.

Kind regards,

Hi Jim,

At some point, would the STL files be available for sale for the T130 Sprocket, Road Wheels and rear idler? When/if you get around to the links (T130) I’d be interested in them also.

Thanks,
Loren

Hi Loren,
Sure, I am thinking about putting up the STL files on my cults3d page for sale. I’d need to talk to @Vstobinskii to get his permission on the sprockets beforehand however because he made them and I only slightly modified them. As to the tracks, I plan to CAD both T130 and T150 one of these days but not sure when because there are so many other things I want to CAD beforehand…

Kind regards,
James

Hi Loren,
I’ve just uploaded the latest STLs for M113A2/3 road wheels, T130 track sprocket, T150 track sprocket, and idler wheel on my cult3D page: All the 3D models of petition2God・Cults.

The road wheels and T130 track sprocket designs have been approved but the other two’s approvals are pending.

Kind regards,
James

Revised the M113 road wheel design a bit by reducing the “rib” height (to sit more flush with the edge) inside the edge where the tire rubber meets the wheel. This should be more accurate.

OK, so when Ryan (Tank_1812) suggested CADding an MHR (Multi-mission hemispheric radar) a year ago, I jokingly agreed to take the challenge. I am not that close to finishing this but made some significant progress. “Fins” are of course a bit thicker than the real thing to accommodate for my 3D printer’s limitations in 1/35 scale:

Here is your jacket sir!

Yeah I’ve been trying to work on this too. It’s been hell trying to find decent photos of the actual platform and electronics. Makes sense but it’s still hell.

LOL! I needed some divine intervention to beat the hell out of me when doing this.
