Still in Season spheres, did some work at the para #Clubmobile
Added shovel with beading wire clasps and bow MG wing nuts.
Working on side brackets for track cable.
…and making track cable from annealed beading wire.
Edit…got the remaining brackets & cable installed this morning.
With the wingnuts.
While the paint is drying on the trailer launcher erector thing, I’m screwing around trying to replicate a bridge weight plate….
The Archer numbers (and various decal numbers in the spares) are only so small, so I can’t really go any smaller on the number plates…
Edited to add Archer numbers. I like the look of the open stencil on the right.
Edit two:
Well, I’ll never be Wade, but I think this looks okay taped on…
I think you are selling yourself short - it all looks great - camo paintwork , bridge plate , - the whole bit.
I agree. The bridge plate looks great.
Al, honestly your builds blow me away! To me, Tamiya’s duce & half looks pretty intimidating.
I’d NEVER be up to tackling a project like your M790 Pershing II w/M1001 tractor build!
You’ve taken that complex, difficult kit and absolutely beat it into submission and OWNED it!
Major kudos
and much respect! The model looks fabulous!
Wade you do remarkable work! So do many others on these forums.
What happened? That stinks. we wish you a speedy and full recovery.
I’m no doctor, but he appears to have injured his arm.
Johnny, I hope recovery is coming along well.
Cheers buddy …
Cars pulling out in front of a motor bike at 20ft do not mix well …
